1. Shipping Rates

- United States
- Orders over $100 → Free Shipping
- Orders under $100 → $4.99 flat rate
- International
- Orders over $100 → Free Shipping
- Orders under $100 → $12.99 flat rate
2. Processing & Cut-Off Times
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Same-day processing for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lootycard.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
